Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of processing real-time predictive data streams.
- Lead R&D: Spearhead the research and development of proprietary neural networks and reinforcement learning models.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our Year 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Code Excellence: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, enforcing best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and domain experts to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software solutions.
- Security & Ethics: Oversee the implementation of rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to ensure responsible deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of architecting complex systems that handle massive scale and high concurrency.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse stakeholders.
