Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s AI technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect and oversee the development of high-performance machine learning models and distributed computing systems.
- Lead the technical vision for integrating emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Neural Interfaces) into our core products.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and security to deliver robust AI solutions.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to ensure our architecture remains cutting-edge and scalable.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
