Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure leading up to 2026, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Design and deploy complex neural network architectures, including transformer models and reinforcement learning systems.
- Integrate emerging technologies such as quantum computing interfaces into existing AI workflows.
- Lead the architectural review process for high-stakes AI projects, ensuring robustness and security.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model transparency, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing fundamentals and their potential application in AI optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
