Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product lines.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Oversee the deployment of machine learning pipelines in cloud-native environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Experience with large-scale data processing (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI frameworks, and algorithmic fairness.
- Strong track record of delivering complex technical solutions in high-pressure environments.
