Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI systems for the 2026 Initiative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security for high-volume data processing.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive analytics.
- Drive innovation in algorithm efficiency and hardware-software integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Experience designing microservices and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with large-scale data pipelines and distributed systems.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
