Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines and large-scale distributed training systems.
- Lead the research and development of novel AI models tailored for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic and industry breakthroughs in Deep Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
