Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale language models.
- Lead the architecture of AI systems, ensuring high availability, security, and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, researching emerging technologies like Neuro-symbolic AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs significantly.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready ML models.
