Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for 2026-ready applications.
- Lead the integration of quantum algorithms into existing neural network structures.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy standards (GDPR/CCPA).
- Publish research papers and contribute to open-source projects in the AI community.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from concept to production.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
