Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Agentic AI architectures capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for edge deployment and real-time inference.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability and continuous learning.
- Lead code reviews and establish technical best practices for the AI research team.
- Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms to stay ahead of the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Machine Learning/AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
