Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable infrastructure for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents, focusing on the evolution of 2026 technologies.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize model inference, reduce latency, and improve cost-efficiency for high-volume applications.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research into emerging paradigms such as multimodal learning, causal inference, and reinforcement learning.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical research and production engineering, deploying robust APIs and microservices.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and guardrails to ensure AI safety, fairness, and transparency across all deployed models.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) at a scale.
- AI Specialization: Deep understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and the ability to design RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex algorithmic challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
