Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Quantum Neural Network (QNN) models capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Develop hybrid algorithms that seamlessly integrate classical deep learning frameworks with emerging quantum processors.
- Lead the research and development of novel quantum gates and error-correcting codes for fault-tolerant computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions across our global infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and PhD researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps for quantum AI infrastructure and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or hybrid systems.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming, along with familiarity with quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering high-impact technical projects.
