In this role, you will be the technical steward of our most ambitious R&D initiatives, ensuring our platforms are robust, secure, and scalable for the demands of the future.
Responsibilities
- Architect and Design: Lead the end-to-end architectural design of high-performance AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- System Optimization: Design scalable cloud-native solutions to optimize model training times and inference latency.
- Tech Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and standards for the Project 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-availability systems.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
