Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead research and development in deep reinforcement learning and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize existing models for reduced latency and increased accuracy on edge devices.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
