Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 Horizon AI Framework, ensuring scalability and high-performance computing.
- Develop and optimize deep learning models for real-time data processing and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product suites.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Conduct technical research to identify emerging technologies that will shape the 2026 landscape.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (10+ years of relevant experience).
- Proven expertise in building large-scale machine learning systems using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with quantum computing paradigms and hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
