Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions, including LLM fine-tuning and RAG pipelines.
- Lead the technical vision for AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and low-latency inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to define AI ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
- Optimize model performance and reduce computational costs through advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI research to integrate novel capabilities into our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern NLP libraries (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and generative model training.
