Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Generative AI architectures using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead the R&D efforts for next-generation LLMs, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) strategies.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce token costs for enterprise-scale applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define the 2026 AI product roadmap.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI compliance.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models, Transformers, and NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience in PyTorch or JAX.
- Experience deploying models via REST APIs and serverless architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
