Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI systems and infrastructure for 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research and development in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and multi-modal systems.
- System Optimization: Improve model latency, throughput, and efficiency to handle enterprise-grade workloads.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ML frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
