Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, specifically tailored for deployment in the 2026 era.
- Leadership: Mentor and lead a diverse team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of working with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning in production environments.
