Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Design and optimize large language models (LLMs) for specific industry verticals.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices in AI engineering.
- Define the technical roadmap for 2026 AI initiatives and research new methodologies.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance of AI inference engines.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or Applied Research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning architectures.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
