Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the architecture and deployment of Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning pipelines and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge MLOps practices, including automated model training, validation, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product leadership to define technical roadmaps that align with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Establish security protocols and ethical guidelines for AI deployment to mitigate bias and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a specialization in Machine Learning/AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow/Keras.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in distributed systems, high-availability architecture, and real-time data processing.
