Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AGI frameworks and neural architectures.
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to optimize algorithms for quantum processors.
- Establish governance protocols for ethical AI and data privacy compliance.
- Lead a team of machine learning engineers and researchers in prototyping next-gen systems.
- Conduct research into neuromorphic computing and spiking neural networks.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor junior staff in advanced AI methodologies.
- Translate complex research papers into production-ready software solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in deep learning, transformer models, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic hardware.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex technical concepts.
