Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Autonomous Agents.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and deploy large language models (LLMs) to ensure low-latency, high-accuracy performance.
- Tech Strategy: Define the architectural roadmap for AI adoption across the organization.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models in fintech, healthcare, or robotics.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
