Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Generative AI models optimized for 2026 standards.
- Lead the design of complex Multi-Agent Systems capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enterprise data integration.
- Ensure model safety, bias mitigation, and robustness through rigorous testing and evaluation frameworks.
- Mentor a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformer architectures.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, PEFT, and model quantization techniques.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Seldon) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
