Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance AI models tailored for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for speed and accuracy using distributed computing.
- Establish best practices for data governance, privacy, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable development strategies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs and generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.
