Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems leading up to 2026 release milestones.
- Lead the architecture of scalable Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines and vector databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineers.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and establish best practices for AI governance and safety.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical architecture assessments.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (8+ years of experience).
- Extensive experience designing distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tooling.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and responsible data usage.
