Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) designed for 2026 enterprise standards.
- Lead the R&D initiatives for predictive AI systems, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Define and enforce architectural patterns for AI integration across the product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Legal) to ensure ethical AI compliance and bias mitigation.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including multi-modal models and edge computing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for the ethical implications of AI and a commitment to building responsible technology.
