Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise-grade AI architectures for large-scale data processing.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including LLMs and Autonomous Agents.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Establish best practices for model training, evaluation, and MLOps pipelines.
- Drive the adoption of ethical AI frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to a team of data scientists and engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning.
- Proficient in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience designing scalable systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
