We are seeking a technical leader to design scalable neural architectures that redefine human-machine interaction.
As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for the end-to-life cycle of AI models—from research and prototyping to deployment and optimization. You will ensure our systems are not only cutting-edge but also ethically sound and scalable for global deployment.
Core Competencies:
- Building robust infrastructure for Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Integrating Quantum-ready algorithms into cloud-native environments.
- Leading a team of data scientists and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for Nexus Horizon AI's 2026 product suite.
- Design and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models using Python and PyTorch.
- Optimize inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time AI applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model governance.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a similar technical leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization.
- Experience with Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
