Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI systems and machine learning pipelines for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in software engineering and data security.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
