Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale machine learning pipelines and neural networks with a focus on 2026 readiness and scalability.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced Generative AI models, including LLMs and diffusion models.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure model performance, accuracy, and ethical compliance (bias detection, safety protocols).
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies into our core stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience designing distributed systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong grasp of MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
