Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term AI architectural roadmap for the company, aligning technical goals with business objectives for the 2026 timeframe.
- System Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of AI capabilities into core products, ensuring seamless user experiences and operational efficiency.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI (e.g., LLMs, Generative AI, Edge Computing) and evaluate their applicability to our projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Proven experience designing large-scale systems, microservices, and data pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from conception to deployment.
