Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for large-scale deployment.
- Lead the fine-tuning and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domain applications.
- Develop robust evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and data governance.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or software architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, transformers, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
