Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and technical execution for our Artificial General Intelligence initiatives, setting the technical vision for the next decade.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable neural network architectures capable of handling complex, real-time data streams.
- Pioneer Research: Conduct cutting-edge research in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcement learning to push the boundaries of machine intelligence.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of world-class engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines, addressing bias and fairness in AI models.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product and executive leadership to translate business goals into actionable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Core Competencies: Proven track record in developing state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) or deep learning frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and architect solutions for complex, high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
