Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-level system architecture for AI-driven solutions targeting the 2026 market.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance under high load.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Identify emerging technologies and integrate them into our development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
