Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of our flagship project for the year 2026. In this pivotal role, you will define the core intelligence systems that will power the next generation of autonomous decision-making and quantum-enhanced computing.
Our mission is to pioneer the technologies that define the post-silicon era. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical deployment, ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and revolutionary.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models capable of processing real-time data streams from orbital sensors and edge devices.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Neuromorphic Computing and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation and high-performance engineering.
- Collaborate with policy experts and compliance officers to ensure all AI systems adhere to the upcoming Global AI Governance Framework.
- Optimize model latency and inference accuracy for deployment in resource-constrained environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) building and deploying production-grade Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformers.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, including Graph Neural Networks and Reinforcement Learning.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit) and quantum-inspired classical algorithms.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
