Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines for 2026 readiness, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Lead the design of Agentic AI systems that can autonomously reason and execute complex tasks.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs using advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications seamlessly.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, fairness, and transparency in model training.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs in production environments (e.g., OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
