Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines to support 2026 business objectives.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on long-term goals.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment, tuning, and optimization of large language models (LLMs) and neural networks for production environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of cutting-edge research (e.g., Transformers, Reinforcement Learning) and evaluate their applicability to our core products.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong ability to design distributed systems, handle large-scale data processing, and ensure system reliability.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
