Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Infrastructure: Design and deploy scalable AI/ML systems that anticipate the computational demands of the future.
- Lead Model Development: Oversee the development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization & Performance: Continuously improve model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI usage and bias mitigation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Specialization: Deep understanding of NLP, Transformer architectures, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
