Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise use cases.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure AI systems are explainable, fair, and compliant with emerging global AI regulations.
- Optimize infrastructure to handle high-throughput inference and training workloads.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern NLP frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI applications at scale.
- Experience with vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM fine-tuning.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
