Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems designed for the specific demands of 2026 workloads.
- Lead the research and implementation of Agentic AI workflows and autonomous decision-making agents.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLM applications and generative models.
- Experience with vector databases, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, data privacy, and security compliance.
