In this role, you will define the architectural strategies for our flagship AI products, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and ahead of the curve. You will work directly with C-level executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps that drive market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure designed for 2026 standards.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Define best practices for data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects within the technical team to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate advanced AI solutions seamlessly into the user experience.
- Ensure high availability and performance of AI services in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and high-traffic applications.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts is a plus.
