Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning models and neural networks capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 AI roadmap, identifying emerging technologies such as Quantum AI integration and Edge Computing.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy to ensure real-time performance in critical applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Security) to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user experiences.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and ethical AI usage.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and contribute to internal patent filings.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and programming languages (Python, Rust, C++).
- Proven track record of designing and shipping large-scale production AI systems.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning techniques, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
