Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the architectural roadmap for 2026, integrating next-gen multimodal models into our core product suite.
- Define and enforce data governance and ethical AI compliance standards to mitigate algorithmic bias.
- Mentor a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex research findings into market-ready features.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing and Quantum AI integration.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Proven track record of deploying production-level LLMs and Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of neural architecture search (NAS) and model optimization techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving tech landscapes.
