Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for the 2026 tech stack, integrating emerging technologies such as quantum-inspired algorithms.
- Oversee the deployment of large language models (LLMs) and ensure high availability and low latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous testing and optimization of neural networks to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven experience designing microservices and containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, distributed systems, and high-performance computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
