Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Research Leadership: Drive research initiatives focused on generative models, reinforcement learning, and multimodal AI architectures.
- System Optimization: Optimize inference and training pipelines to achieve sub-millisecond latency and high throughput.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in quantum computing, robotics, and cloud infrastructure to integrate AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of top-tier ML engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI development within the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering production-grade AI products.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
