Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement scalable architecture for autonomous AI agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Lead initiatives to reduce inference latency and optimize resource consumption for large-scale transformer models.
- Multi-Modal Integration: Integrate vision, audio, and text processing pipelines to create unified AI systems.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Model Evaluation: Establish rigorous testing frameworks and evaluation metrics for AI safety and alignment.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Ray) is essential.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying large language models (LLMs) or generative AI systems at scale.
- Leadership: Strong ability to mentor junior engineers and influence technical decisions across cross-functional teams.
