Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures that support business growth and innovation.
- Lead the technical strategy for machine learning pipelines and neural network deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of quality.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with high-availability systems and distributed computing.
