Responsibilities
- Architect Strategic Roadmaps: Define and execute the technical strategy for our 2026 AI ecosystem, focusing on LLMs, multi-agent systems, and predictive analytics.
- Design Scalable Systems: Design fault-tolerant, high-throughput machine learning pipelines capable of handling real-time data streams.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback, Federated Learning) into our core stack.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, establishing best practices for code quality and model deployment.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and driving technical initiatives from conception to delivery.
