Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance AI/ML pipelines designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the research and deployment of Generative AI models, focusing on hallucination reduction and accuracy.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce compute costs for large-scale neural networks.
- Establish MLOps best practices, ensuring continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) for machine learning models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI features that solve complex user problems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying NLP or Computer Vision models to production.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, fairness, and transparency standards.
