We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect (2026 Vision) to lead the next generation of autonomous systems at Apex Future Systems. In this pivotal role, you will move beyond traditional machine learning into the realm of Agentic AI, designing systems capable of complex reasoning, multi-agent collaboration, and autonomous decision-making. You will be at the forefront of the AI revolution, building the infrastructure that powers the next wave of digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems for next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI workflows.
- Lead Advanced Research: Spearhead R&D in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), Chain-of-Thought reasoning, and multi-agent orchestration.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of intelligent agents into complex enterprise infrastructures, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Performance Engineering: Optimize AI inference pipelines for ultra-low latency and high throughput in real-time environments.
- Strategic Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Future-Proof Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and successfully implementing emerging technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
